I'm Andrea Mateache, the founder of MATELIER, a guest brand I launched in 2019.
I want to tell you a little about what MATELIER is and how it works.
MATELIER was born from the need to change the world of party wear and find the perfect formula to create unique and different designs for special occasions.
On the one hand, we offer custom tailoring or "CREATE YOUR DESIGN." In our Atelier in Madrid, I personally meet with you to show you the wide variety of top and bottom patterns and silhouettes we have, which you can choose and combine to your liking. I also show you the fabrics and colors (solid and printed), so we can discuss the different options together to create your custom design and create the perfect, unique, and exclusive look. The dress is cut and sewn from scratch in our in-house workshop, and the prints are the brand's hallmark.
On this website, you have an online application where you can dress a doll virtually and get an idea of the style of our designs before coming to see me.
On the other hand, we have ready-to-wear designs. We launch limited-edition collections of ready-made dresses throughout the seasons. We never restock designs after they sell out, to give our collections a touch of exclusivity. You can try on any model in our showroom in Madrid or place your order online.

The philosophy of our brand
We deeply believe in the MADE IN SPAIN concept, and that's why all our patterns are created from scratch at MATELIER and are 100% made in our workshop.
The brand identity is particularly reflected in the prints and colors.
We don't want our custom designs to lose their exclusivity. That's why all our fabrics are limited and constantly rotating. We never restock a fabric that's sold out. The same goes for our ready-to-wear collections: they are limited editions and we don't restock.
Our biggest challenge has been making each client feel unique and special with their design and making the process always enjoyable and fun!
